Request a room closer to the restaurant to avoid long walks or waiting for golf carts, enhancing your stay.

Had an amazing time visiting Hell's Gate National Park with my big family. The scenery was stunning, and we loved watching hippos grazing right by the hotel! The spacious room made it comfortable for all of us, and the gardens were a beautiful spot to relax.
My kids wished for more activities to keep them entertained. A family-friendly play area would be great.

I loved watching the hippos by the lake at night while sipping my coffee, and the breakfast spread was just amazing with all the cereals and nuts you could want. The outdoor jacuzzi and relaxing garden area were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was that the food prices felt a bit high, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊

I had a great time at this resort! The buffet was top-notch with amazing food, and I loved the clean and spacious rooms, especially the ambiance in Petunia. However, the hot water situation was a bit disappointing as I struggled with lukewarm showers during my stay.

great place for walks and nature views near the lake
I loved how easy it was to visit Crescent Island Game Sanctuary, which is just a short boat ride away, and the breathtaking views of Lake Naivasha really made the stay memorable with relaxing evenings watching the hippos nearby.

Spacious rooms provide plenty of room to stretch out after a long journey. The manicured lawns leading to the lakefront offer a beautiful view, especially when spotting wildlife like hippos and various birds in the morning.
The sound insulation between rooms is seriously lacking. any music or noise from events can be heard loud and clear, disrupting the peace. The dining options are quite underwhelming, with the buffet often resembling a cafeteria. Also, the trek from the rooms to the main lodge can feel excessive, especially after a long day. On top of that, the shower pressure proved inadequate, making for a less than enjoyable bathing experience.

The manicured lawns and elegant design made me feel so special. The beautiful architecture and wide paths made it easy for me to stroll around and enjoy the scenery without any worries.
More designated quiet areas for relaxation would help.

The view of the lake was absolutely stunning! 🌅 The room was spacious and comfortable, but the distance to the restaurant was a bit inconvenient.

The stay was relaxing, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We visited Hell's Gate National Park and Crater Lake Game Sanctuary, which were amazing experiences. Lydia at the reception was super friendly and made everything smoother for us. Definitely recommend it!
But watch out for payment issues. My friend faced a frustrating problem with a credit card charge at the restaurant that took weeks to resolve. Sometimes, these hiccups can spoil an otherwise great stay.
